My baking journey began with a leap of faith when I left behind my 14-year career in the education sector after moving to Chandigarh, to pursue my passion for baking. What started as a dream has grown into Lush Leven, my home-based baking brand and cloud kitchen, where I create 100% eggless, handcrafted cakes, decadent desserts, signature Korean buns, and bespoke celebration cakes. As an LAPT-certified pastry chef, I continuously strive to refine my skills, experiment with unique flavours, and create memorable experiences through my creations. From fulfilling custom orders and curating festive hampers to conducting baking masterclasses and exploring new culinary ideas, this journey has been one of learning, resilience, creativity, and immense gratitude.
